Was I tired yesterday? Nahhhhhhh, compared to today I could have run a marathon, heck a TRIathalon. Grooooooooooan......must get out of bed, child demands it, musttttttt
It wasn't till late afternoon before I started to come out of the brain fog but I knew I had to be getting over the hump. By evening I was even able to string enough coherent sentences together to finish my homework and turn it in. I really should have cleaned the house but just didn't have the energy and, with a three day weekend coming up, figured I'd have plenty of non-baby time tomorrow to do it. So the place was a mess. Oh well.
Kiddo is getting a new tooth and ranges from grumpy to happy. She slept a little better (which means I got a little sleep) but seemed extra needy. Worked out good, spent a good portion of the day cuddling her and holding down the couch. It was a fairly dull day-which was about all I could handle.
Breakfast
Chicken sandwich (spicy mayo, oopsie roll, leftover baked chicken breast)
Lunch
Leftover grilled chicken thigh, raw carrots, and another chicken sandwich (for some reason I was starving)
Supper
Grilled hamburgers on oopsie rolls with Parmesan chips
I should point out right here I am a little confused on dairy products-are they part of the primal diet or not? I know I need to get the book but have to wait for payday and the library doesn't have a copy. Oh well, if it doesn't then maybe I'm a...prima-tarian....or...half-primal....or.....need a catchy phrase for some who is mostly primal but eats extra things (like a vegetarian eats chicken and fish but no red meat....or is that a vegan? So many darn titles for people!!!)
Snacks
4 or 6 Sugar-free candies (darn you hubby for buying these things!!!)
Liquids
Ice water
A little whiskey over ice nightcap
Crystal light grapefruit thingy...way too sweet, won't have again
Exercise
Does snoring count?
